This is such a beautiful journal! The design exudes peace and the prompts are gentle & uplifting. The journal itself is really simply structured and easy to follow with tons of thoughtful touches (hobby ideas, mood trackers) that other journals I've owned haven't had. Such an easy way to improve your wellbeing!
