This is such a beautiful journal! The design exudes peace and the prompts are gentle & uplifting. The journal itself is really simply structured and easy to follow with tons of thoughtful touches (hobby ideas, mood trackers) that other journals I've owned haven't had. Really looking forward to tracking my progress over the next 30 days!

Such an easy way to improve your wellbeing! I was skeptical when I was first gifted this journal but after writing something I was grateful for down everyday I started to realise I was thinking about gratitude more and more throughout the day making my days more optimistic and overall more happy!
